During the course of our dealings with you, we will be required to collect certain personal information. We wish to confirm to you that we at VISTASOL TOURS INC., are committed to protecting the privacy of all your personal information.

How will we collect your information?

  • From you directly.
  • Through your Travel Agency, who will be acting on your behalf throughout the transaction.

What kind of information will we request?

  • The information may vary depending of the specific services required by you.
  • We will request your name as on your passport as per regulatory requirements.
  • We will request your residence or office telephone number in order to contact you in case of major flight delays.
  • On occasion we will request date of birth to be able to determine eligibility for child age discounts and/or car rentals.

Who will we disclose your information to?
We will not release your personal information to any companies for the sole purpose of mailing lists nor any other promotional activities.

  • We will disclose/share information with the Air Carrier and our Rent-a-Car associates for the purpose of completing your transaction with us.
  • There are some legal exceptions where we will not require your permission to release your information; such as by a law enforcement agency.

What do we do with the information once collected?

  • We do not keep Credit Card information in any of our files, we solely use it to complete your transaction, payment wise.
  • Other personal information we will only store in our systems for as long as it is required by law; after which we will shredd it.

Any changes to the Privacy Act will be immediately updated on this page.

You always have the right to refuse to give out your personal information; however, you will be advised that you may not be provided with the services and/or products, which you are requesting due to the lack of information necessary for the completion of the transaction.
